    • Lorrie Otto Seeds for Education Grant | Deadline: November 15, 2024 | Award Amount: $100 to $500
      • The Lorrie Otto Seeds for Education grant program advances Wild Ones’ mission to spread awareness of the benefits of using native plants by providing grants ranging from $100 to $500 for native plant gardens and landscaping projects throughout the United States. The funds are designated for acquiring native plants and seeds for outdoor learning areas that engage youth (preschool to high school) directly in planning, planting and caring for native plant gardens. 
      • Eligibility at a glance: All public and private schools, non-profits such as nature centers, youth organizations and community youth centers in the US; note that these grants do not fund vegetable gardens 
    • ALDI Community Gift Card Program | Deadline: December 15, 2024 | Award Amount: Gift cards or donations ranging in value from $100 to $500
      • Eligibility at a glance: Organizations must be a US based 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, public K-12 school, or Native American Tribe/Nation located in ALDI communities where we have stores, warehouses, offices and conduct business
      • ALDI supports nonprofit organizations that make a positive impact on Children’s Health & Wellness and Food Insecurity programs. Whether your mission is to support children through education, arts, athletics or addressing food insecurity in your local community, we encourage you to apply for support for ALDI Gift Cards.
    • Youth Garden Grant | Deadline: December 13, 2024 | Award Amount: $500 
      • The Youth Garden Grant supports school and youth educational garden projects that enhance the quality of life for youth and their communities. In early 2025, 50 organizations will be awarded $500 in funding for their youth garden program. 

      • Eligibility at a glance: Any organization in the United States or US Territories planning a new or improving an existing garden program that serves at least 15 youth between the ages of 0 and 18

    • The Patrick Leahy Farm to School Grant Program | Deadline: January 10, 2025 | Award Amount: Varies based on application track
      • The Patrick Leahy Farm to School Grant Program is designed to increase the availability of local foods in schools and connect students to the sources of their food through education, taste tests, school gardens, field trips, and local food sourcing for school meals. Grants can launch new farm to school programs or expand existing efforts.

    • NHSA GroMoreGood Garden Grants | Deadline: January 10, 2025 | Award Amount: Variable
      • In collaboration with the Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation, the National Head Start Association is honored to bring the life-enhancing benefits of gardens to more children and families in the Head Start community. NHSA will award grants in variable amounts depending on demonstrated need and proposal in the application. Grants will supplement needs of existing garden projects, help launch new garden projects, or supplement/launch outdoor green space projects
